Finest Fabrication launched in 2013 as a sole trading company concentrating on general fabrication. We became a limited company in August 2017 and further expanded in the later stages of 2018. With a move to a larger premises on St Clements road in Nechells, we were able to draw up and execute plans to expand into the Automotive sector, focusing on becoming Tier 1 paint line suppliers.
The business has since been restructured from the top down; high levels of experience have been employed giving us the edge over our competition. The introduction of Inventor to our facility means that we can effectively and efficiently communicate designs and projects with our customer's engineers and robot programmers, ensuring the best possible end product. In the past two years we have been building on our customer base in this industry, including working with Automotive OEM’s, and our experience and expertise has shone through giving our customers top quality service.
At the beginning of 2019, we set ourselves our next target; pyrolysis oven cleaning of the jigs we manufacture. After a successful year, we expanded to a second location in the same area, which we are proud to say caused no disruption to our output and customer deadlines. Our oven was fully operational by February 2020.
We are now planning for 2020 onwards, ISO9001 is currently being undertaken along with other existing and new ventures as we continue to expand and thrive.

The majority of us started our working careers in the automotive Jig industry.
Having started work in Vauxhall plating jigs in 1976 (Newtown Birmingham), the majority gained experience in the iconic Premier Plating Jigs between 1980 to the late 90s, situated in Digbeth.
Before the millennium, we then had a new and exciting opportunity elsewhere to help expand and build a fabrication team within the industry using our knowledge, that company was soon recognised as one of the leaders in the trade.
In 2013 Finest Fabrication launched as a sole trading company, providing manufacturing support within the industry, also gaining vast knowledge in other sectors and fine-tuning the art of welding.
Having successfully ran a small business using the knowledge gained over a number of years, a new venture was on the horizon… the old team was soon to be reunited!
Having accumulated over 150 years of experience between us in the industry, we officially became a LTD company and expanded into two new premises.
We have fast become the leaders in the automotive jig industry, solidifying a great reputation in a short space of time.
