Our remotely operated pyrolysis oven is effective in removing paint, powder coating, epoxies, lacquers, urethanes and other organic or inorganic compounds.
Our vast knowledge in the industry provides us with the ability to repair and recalibrate paint jigs to a high standard, we utilise checking fixtures where necessary to assure paint jigs and fixtures return to the customer within the same tolerance as the original product.
Thanks to ongoing investment, we now have in-house laser cutting facilities. This means dependence on external suppliers is kept to an absolute minimum, reducing lead times and increasing flexibility.
Our machine cuts within a tolerance of +/-0.1mm which is achievable in various metals and thicknesses, we are well equipped for large projects and high volume production.
