Jigs

Our paint jigs are manufactured within a very low tolerance, allowing no space for inconsistencies. They’re specifically designed to suit each customers’ requirements.

Our expertise in the field allows us to take certain important things into consideration when designing a paint jig, such as: part loading & conveyor ergonomics, weight and strength of the product, minimising part distortion caused by thermal curing, and minimising paint waste with effective part layouts. This optimises an overall efficient paint programme, from start to the finish.

Our Jig variants also include solutions for the application of glue, lacquer and flocking, with effective answers to any masking required.

Handling

We specifically tailor stillages, racks, hangers and trolleys to the product it is intended to carry, also recognising the primary purpose it needs to fulfil.

Our design team look to maximise the efficiency of the design taking into consideration: ease of transport, space efficiency (stackable), universal product compatibility, high temperature oven compatibility and much more. Our reputable suppliers provide wheels that excel in many different circumstances to suit each purpose.

We offer reliable and cost effective steel fabrication also manufacturing barriers, walkways, platforms, benches and much more!

Paint Conveyors

We design jigs from top to bottom, this includes solutions on how certain jigs fit onto different conveyors securely with ease of loading and unloading. We have extensive knowledge and experience working with many single line floor, power & free floor and overhead conveyors.

Our design team are capable of redesigning, modifying and troubleshooting current loading set ups, designing adaptors to suit prior or alternative jig bases and also providing brand new track post solutions from scratch, to suit customer’s requirements.

Excellent technical support is available on-site and in-house.

To further supplement paint line conveyors, we design and manufacture bespoke turning stations, assembly stations and loading stations.

Checking Fixtures

Our checking fixtures are specially designed for repeatability, accuracy, and reliability along with a strong focus on the operator ergonomics.

We pride ourselves on ensuring our product precision remains consistent, meaning future repeatable work matches previous manufactured goods. Our checking fixtures can be used in-house for future manufacturing but also on-site for customer use if they wish to recalibrate and check any discrepancies that may occur during use.

We have access to CMM Faro arm 3D inspection tools that will allow us to certify product quality using CAD comparison, providing dimensional analytics with accuracy to the 0.0041mm. Typically this service will be used on checking fixtures or building jigs upon request.

Polshing Stations

We offer practical solutions for the polishing finish, focusing on operator ergonomics, comfort and productivity.

Our polishing stations are designed specific to customer’s requirements, we can incorporate fully adjustable heights and angles with a sturdy hold, free standing or fixed stations with universal part compatibility.
